Who we are

If you have ever purchased burn free agricultural products from our farmers’ members, we are happy that you could continuously support us and promote it to your network. IF you haven’t heard about it, we would like to invite you to join the team to speed up the burn free agricultural practice all over Thailand.

The certification for burn-free products is the first ever globally. AEC _ Foundation for Agricultural and Environmental Conservation (Thailand) is dedicated to provide the highest quality “Burn-Free” certification services and provide producers’ access to consumers.  Now, we are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs, support and execute our objectives into business model and development that could be further developed in other countries.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract target audiences including key industry players, Government, agencies, farmers organizations/groups and consumers
2. Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results
3. Developing and expanding marketing platforms including social media platforms and/or other conventional media or channels
4. Evaluating the impacts of marketing programs in achieving our stated objectives
5. Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Requirements:

1. A track record in successfully developing and managing marketing project(s)
2. Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field degree in marketing, at least 5 years of experience in marketing and promotion
3. Proficiency in Thai and English (other Asian language are preferable)
4. A pro-active and self-starter who can work independently and requires little to no guidance related to marketing and branding
5. Strong problem analysis and problem solving ability
6. Ability to think creatively and innovatively
7. Open-minded person to accept new ideas
8. Excellent communication skill and a good team player
9. A passion working for the environment
10. Work in Chiang Mai, and is willing and able to travel within Thailand and other Asian countries

Salary: THB 40,000 or above (negotiable depending upon experience)

We are a non-profit making organization which is currently implementing the Burn Free Project for Climate Change Mitigation in Thailand. It’s the combination of climate impact movement and economic/business model between farmers, corporates, enterprises and consumers.
